A beautiful early 18th century period oak antique box that is a more unusual model having the addition of a single drawer to the base. In superb condition and a lovely, original colour, this Georgian antique oak box has an original, decorative carved front with correct iron carrying handles and iron locking plate. In superb condition, probably originally for a bible or wrting box.
