A 19thC camphor wood campaign trunk. Lovely faded colour and good grain to the timber. Original brass cappings and banding. Original brass cartouche to the lid. Original military style flush brass lid lifting handle to the front together with original brass lock escutcheon. original iron side carrying handles. Original brass folding lid stay and brass hinges. Some steamship handling blemishes and upcountry travel marks but in excellent clean condition.

Excellent coffee table or wide screen tv stand size.
