A unique converted cast bronze chandelier in the form of a six pointed star, which is known to be the star of David, with an extra light in the centre totaling seven lights in all. Circa 1890.
Very unique chandelier with 7 hand cut colored crystal shades. We believe that this was the property of a Ashkenazi family adorning their mansion in the early 19th century, as this is a very rare piece to find in this condition. This chandelier used to be candle lit and has now been converted by hand craftsmen into a functioning, electrical light.
