A good Regency mahogany breakfront open bookcase. The up stand having a pierced brass gallery and mirrored back which is supported on 4 turned brass columns. The lower section having a conforming brass gallery above the frieze which has applied polished brass roundels and Regency style mounts. The fully adjustable interior shelves are mahogany faced and brass inlaid, the stiles with further polished brass embellishments and the whole raised on a plinth base.
