Art Deco 18ct Gold & Platinum Sapphire & Diamond Ring

1900 - 1920
Description

A very elegant 18ct gold and platinum sapphire and diamond ring. This ring, with its simple clean lines and geometric styling is symbolic of the art deco period which developed in the 1920s. The three square step cut sapphires are of an excellent sky – cornflower blue hue and are wonderfully complimented by 18 old cut bright diamonds set to the platinum face. There are a further two diamonds set on each shoulder and a good solid 18ct yellow gold shank. This would make a gorgeous engagement ring. A part of our art deco diamond ring collection.
