18th Century Small Oak Plank Coffer

Of small proportions this six plank coffer with iron hinges has four finely carved linen fold panels to the front which give this coffer a very decorative look. A wonderful looking coffer with a great patina and standing on raised legs contribute to making this a lovely piece of useful furniture.

The iron hinges and lock have been changed in the past and there is a natural occurring shrinkage split to the one piece top.
