Description

A great 17th century English period oak antique coffer. This antique oak six plank coffer is a super colour and is in great condition. Decorative scratch carving on the front, shaped sides and original lock. Inside it is lined with newspaper, dated 1861, there is a candle box too. Later Georgian hinges, originally would have been ring hinges. A lovely 17th century antique oak coffer.

Dimensions: 112cm wide x 39cm deep x 65cm high.
