Description

A classic example of a traditional mule chest made in the latter part of the 18th century.

I believe that this chest is completely original apart from hinges which may have been applied many years ago.

The chest stands on its original four bracket feet , has original handles and escutcheon . The interior has its original glove box.

This chest has only been given one polish. however there is so much more patina to be revealed with further care.
