The Chelsea Bijouterie Ltd has dated this piece to the Victorian era.
They are claw set in an ornate gallery with beautiful foliate detail to the shoulders that continues all around the shank

Garnets are about 5.8 x 4.5 mm & emeralds are 2.3 mm.
The head is 12 mm wide and 2.6 at the base of the shank
Fully hallmarked 12 ct gold Birmingham 1869
It also bears the makers mark H.F.L
Size J 1/2 (UK) 5 1/4 (USA) it would re size.

It weighs 1.6 grams
It is in exceptional for age condition - Side of shank with slight resizing line that is not visible to the naked eye - please study my high definition photos
