Antique charles 11 small oak coffer and dating from the time of the restoration around 1680. There are three panels to the top with reeded edge and two fielded panels to the front with panelled sides and original rough hewn panelled back. It stands on squared legs with incised carving and is hand and peg joined.

In very good condition with deep colour and patination to the oak and oozing the charm and character of the period in which it was made. All original apart from a later brass lock plate and hinges.

Measures: 22" high X 18" deep X 43" wide
