This is a very charming early 19th century pinewood hand painted Swedish Chest on slender legs dating from around 1830. The chest is in remarkable original condition with a good sound structure and the slender timber legs have survived perfectly with no breaks or repairs. The chest retains its original hand painted floral designs in charming colours and the piece oozes character.

This measures 51 cms wide 46 cms high by 30 cms deep.
