Description

Fabulous mahogany brass bound trunk with wonderful star inlay detail to the front, brass cartouche to the top ( not engraved ), substantial brass carrying handles to the sides and raised on shaped bracket feet, the lid opening to interior beautifully lined in birdseye maple.

with normal marks, scuffs and scratches commensurate with age and use, this fine quality trunk has a lovely rich colour and patina, it is in very good condition and really needs to be seen to be fully appreciated.
