A rare Elizabethan oak plank coffer of good colour and patination with Gothic tracery carving. Secondary antique strap hinges and repair to left hand corner of top. The hole of original lock has been beautifully historically carved and is well patinated. The top has a slight bow but can be sat on without causing too much stress. A lovely coffer still standing tall on v cut feet.
