Description

A beautiful late Victorian/Edwardian satinwood rolltop desk with tulipwood crossbanded with boxwood and ebony lines. The fully fitted interior with a small central drawer flanked by letter racks. With the original locks with keys, ink bottles and a tooled writing surface. The superstructure has a brass gallery and four small upper drawers above the rolltop and a larger centre drawer flanked by two short drawers to either side on the base. It is raised on square tapering inlaid legs. Circa 1900
