French Late 18th Century Cedar Wood Coffer Storage Chest

Description

An attractive and useful late 18th century French storage chest made from cedar wood .

The whole structure is solid wood and original however the strap hinges in my opinion may have been changed sometime in the 19th century.

The colour and patina of this piece is of the highest quality and could be utilised as a hall chest , at the end of a bed or for storage anywhere in the house.
