Antique Caucasian Kazak long rug of good size.
 
Circa 1900.
 
The rug has five latch hook medallions on a indigo blue ground, the field contains a number of large birds and other devices. The borders are an attractive feature with the main border being in a soft yellow. The runner is dated twice at the top end.
 
Superb condition with slight even wear and good pile.
 
Hand washed and ready for use or display.
