A good Victorian elm blanket box with original metal carrying handles, brass escutcheon plate and standing on a cleated base. This beautiful elm chest has a good rich colour and wonderful grain so typical of elm. The condition is good and the interior is clean. a very attractive and useful box offering great versatility in the home either for storage or as a coffee table.
