A Flat Topped 19thc Silver Trunk

19th century
Description

A 19thC oak silver tunk bound with iron spraps and cappings. Lovely brass name plate showing the owners name in script...... Wm Nunn Esq.....to the front. Numerous red wax seals. Double locks (no key). Iron hinged front hasp. Good patina and colour. Iron side lifting handles (one has been replaced by another of the same period but of a different pattern). Clean interior.

A good coffee table size or end of sofa lamp table.
