Original 17th Cent Oak Coffer

Description

Here we have a nice late 17th/early 18th Cent oak coffer. It is in good original, as found, condition and with a bit of wax polish will look fantastic.

It stands on its original tall style feet and has an attractively carved three panel front. The carving looks original and has a nice simple naive feel to it. The plank lid has retained its original wire hinges (one loose) and has a moulded edge.

It is now around 300 years old and obviously has some signs of age but has survived in remarkable original condition.

The maximum dimensions are:

125cm (49“) wide

69cm (27“) high

51cm (20“) deep

You are welcome to collect but if you can’t we can arrange delivery within England and Wales for £75 (+2% insurance), for other destinations please email for a quotation.
