C19th Tin Lined Pine Trunk, Marked Captain S Merrett Stock

Description

A very decorative pine trunk with metal lining to make air and water tight, the front with a stencilled inscription, and with various paper labels. The box has a hasp to the front and is in reasonably good condition, the normal marks scratches and dents here and there.
