Carpenter’s Chest with Fitted Interior C.1900.

Description

Large Edwardian era carpenter’s tool chest c.1900. Sturdily constructed pine box with massive iron handles and original paintwork. Lift the lid to reveal a mahogany lining and a wonderful fitted interior of several sliding and removable trays (two with lids) for the storage and organization of tools. With an old split in the top but otherwise excellent condition. Easily strong enough to use as a box seat. Cleaned and waxed in our workshops.

Dimensions: width 36", depth 21", height 20".
