Georgian Antique Elm Coffer.

This is a lovely, 18th century antique elm, six plank coffer that stands on high, shaped bracket feet to the front and with pierced through sides.

A very good, original colour, unusual proportions and complete with the iron hinges to the lift up top.

Antique coffers this size are ideal to use at the foot of a bed for extra storage or underneath windows.

dating from around 1775, this Georgian antique elm coffer is now available to view in Miles Griffiths antiques showrooms in Lancashire.
