Large Middle Eastern Decorated Trunk

1920 - 1940
Description

A superb and large dome topped trunk in Cedar of Lebanon with bone and brass inlays and silver metal mounts standing on bun feet.

A stunning trunk in very good condition throughout, the hasp and one rear hinge missing. Now lined inside with carpet.

Probably Syrian.

Measures 39" high, 40" wide and 26" deep.[99x102x66cm]
