An American cabin or steamer trunk with substantial iron cappings and straps.Black panels and exposed laquered metal.Studwork decoration and leather side carrying handles. Interior tray. The lock is stamped Excelsior Stamford Conn and an owners crest with two native Indians is on the top surface.The lock has a non original but working key.

92 cms wide by 48 deep and 51 cms high.
