English Brass Bound Antique Camphor Wood Box

An excellent quality, English 19th century antique camphor wood box complete with all its original brass corners and straps and inset into the top is a uninscribed brass name plate.

This antique camphor wood box is a good, large size, perfect to use as a coffee table with storage within.

The wonderful deep, rich colour is period and lovely and even.

Excellent quality construction throughout, even the lid is panelled on the underside.

Dating from around 1840, this antique camphor wood box is now in our antiques showrooms in Lancashire.
