An early 19thC oak and iron bound bullion trunk with the makers name Savory and Sons 14 Cornhill London. Savory and Sons are listed at this address as being coin and bullion dealers. The original lock is stamped WR being William IV 1830-37.Unwritten owners brass name plate to the front. Original substantial iron casters to the underside. Useful as a bedside stand or decorative storage.

66cms wide by 42 deep and 50 cms high max.
