A 19thc Silver Trunk

Description

A 19thc oak silver trunk bearing the owners name on a brass plate to the front. By the London silversmiths Elkington and Co, well made with iron strapwork and a good quality lock (no Key)340. The interior now void will have been previously fitted to contain silver service. The lid with folding iron steady. Slightly domed top but sill perfect as an end of sofa table or small coffee table. 65cms wide by 41 deep and 43 high.
