Description

Unusual 19th.c. painted pine blanket box c.1860 with a single drawer in the base. With original ‘scumbled’ finish (painted to resemble more expensive timbers) to all four sides, plus both sides of the lid. Very good unrestored condition, original locks, hinges and handles.

Dimensions: width 35", depth 21", height 27".
