Antique 20th Century Mahogany Open Bookcase | Raised Gallery

Antique 20th century bookcase in mahogany, a beautifully proportioned piece combining open display space with useful concealed storage.

Resting on bracket feet, the lower section features two cupboard doors opening to reveal a generous interior compartment, ideal for keeping household items neatly tucked away.

Above sits a single open shelf, providing a lovely space for displaying books, photographs, ceramics, ornaments or favourite decorative pieces.

A raised gallery finishes the top and adds a subtle traditional detail to the overall design.

Gorgeous grain and colour are displayed throughout the mahogany, with rich natural figuring giving the bookcase plenty of warmth and character.

Its practical combination of open and concealed space makes it suitable for a living room, study, bedroom or hallway.

In good condition, well made and of good quality, this highly desirable bookcase is a versatile piece with beautiful mahogany and timeless appeal.
