This antique Art Deco bracelet dates from circa 1925 and originates from the 1920s. The piece comprises a mixed metal design constructed from 18ct yellow gold and 18ct white gold, incorporating eight square white gold plaque links set with transitional modern brilliant round cut diamonds within illusion style box settings. The structure alternates these geometric square links with textured yellow gold connector bars, featuring millegrain borders and an integrated push fit clasp secured via an articulated white gold strap. The bracelet measures 17 cm in depth, 0.586 cm in width, and 0.449 cm in height. Designed for personal wear, the bracelet combines contrasting silver and gold colours with textured hammering and millegrain detailing, suiting formal occasions and regular wear as a treasured heirloom piece. The construction relies on articulating joints and pavé set diamond embellishments to capture the architectural silhouettes characteristic of the period style.

Art Deco jewellery from the 1920s is characterised by geometric shapes, clean linear forms, symmetrical patterns, and the contrasting use of white platinum or gold alongside yellow gold and bright gemstones.

Jewellers during the 1920s predominantly utilised platinum and 18ct gold for metal settings, paired with old European cut or transitional cut diamonds and fine millegrain border detailing.

Authentic pieces typically exhibit hand-applied millegrain texturing, box-style gem settings, geometric articulation, period assay hallmarks, and transitional or old-cut diamonds.

Geometric line bracelets can be worn individually as a statement piece or layered alongside modern minimal gold and platinum bangles on a dressing table or wrist.

Clean gently using warm water, mild soap, and a soft-bristled brush, ensuring the clasp mechanisms and stone settings are inspected regularly by a specialist jeweller.
