Antique 1.00 Carat Old Cut Diamond Bangle, Circa 1895

Description

A wonderful late Victorian hinged bangle. Crowned by a floral cluster of nine white and lively old cut diamonds, and flanked by a further two old cut diamonds and delicate fancy scrolling gold work.

Secured with box-clasp and a safety chain.

Internal dimensions of 5.8 x 5.0mm (for reference, that's equivalent to a Cartier Love Bangle size 17).

Presented in what we believe to be its original box.

Accompanied by an independent jewellery report by WGI.

Cut:  Old mine cuts.

Colour:  The diamond range between H and J.

Clarity:  The diamond range between VS2 and SI1.

Carat:  A total approximate carat weight of 1.00.

Circa:  1895.

Size:  Internal dimensions of 5.8 x 5.0mm (for reference, that's equivalent to a Cartier Love Bangle size 17).

Weight:  9.32 grams (not including the box).

Metal:  14k gold. Tested with a Niton DXL Precious Metal Analyzer.
