Antique Arts and Crafts Sterling Silver Moonstone Necklace

Beautiful Arts and Crafts quality silver double strand Moonstone necklace, the necklace is hand crafted in Sterling silver with over 100 graduating oval and round moonstones, graduating from 12.5 mm, all the moonstones are all in excellent condition, no chipping or scratches, the moonstones are natural with very good clarity, all have been hand polished and set in silver to their organic shapes, many with good adularescence and a floating blue schiller only seen in the highest grade moonstones, the longest strand measures 26 inches and the smaller 23 inches, I guess the chain was all one length and has had an historical alteration to allow the smaller moonstones to be at the back of the neck, when unfastened it can be worn as a single lenth, by simpley placing over the head, super quality and in very good condition, with very light signs of use, the length of the chain is 48 inches, therefore can be worn as a double stand or a long 48 inches chain, tested as Sterling silver, chain in super condition, dates 1920s, weight 22 grams,
