This four-piece tea and coffee service dates from the Art Deco period around 1932. Made by Keith Murray for Mappin and Webb, the set comprises a coffee pot, a teapot, a milk jug, and a sugar bowl in silver-plated metal with ebonised wood handles. The pieces display silver colouring with polished reflective surfaces, conical bodies, angular black handles, stepped tiered lids with circular dark finials, and engine-turned reeding around the rims and bases.
