A charming antique 15ct gold heart brooch dating from the early 20th century, beautifully crafted with a heart shaped centre pavé set with lustrous natural seed pearls and vibrant green garnets. The heart is flanked by delicate pearl set trefoil motifs, creating a wonderfully romantic and feminine design.

Adding to its appeal, the heart opens as a small locket compartment, making this piece both decorative and sentimental. Crafted in rich 15ct gold and stamped 15CT, it is a lovely example of antique jewellery from the pre-1932 period.
