Crystal Corner Antique Chandeliers has dated this French Art Nouveau Chandelier to the 1920s.
The finely cast central brass band is richly decorated with graceful winged nymphs from which extend three elegantly scrolling brass arms supporting the light fittings. Each arm is adorned with cascading strings of sparkling antique Albert crystals, featuring a combination of faceted button and half-cut crystals that catch and reflect the light beautifully.
The chandelier's decorative brass centre continues with an ornate scrolling motif accented by a string of faceted crystal buttons and a faceted crystal bottom ball provides a balanced and elegant finish.
A superb example of French Art Nouveau lighting, this chandelier combines exceptional decorative detail with timeless elegance, making it an outstanding focal point for a hallway or staircase. c1910
