18ct Gold Oval Cut Ruby and Diamond (0.12ct) Cluster Ring. The ring is set with an oval cut ruby approx (0.50ct), with a cluster of 6 brilliant cut diamonds (2 points) each, totalling (0.12ct). The ring is fully marked for 18ct gold. The face of the ring measures 1.00cm in width and 0.6cm in length and the ring weighs 3.2 grams. The ring is a size O and can be easily resized. The ring is in excellent condition.
