Omersa Workshop Liberty's Leather Footstool Pig

£595    $795    €696
A wonderfully characterful vintage leather pig, crafted in the distinctive Liberty of London tradition. The first Omersa pigs were crafted in 1927. Made from rich brown hide with hand-stitched seams, this charming piece shows the gentle wear and patina that only decades of handling and display can create.

The body is traditionally stuffed with straw and sawdust, giving it that authentic, slightly firm feel associated with early Liberty leather animals. The form is full and well-balanced, with neatly modelled ears, snout, and tail, all stitched with the careful, slightly naļve workmanship collectors adore.

Equally at home as a decorative accent, a whimsical footstool, or a talking point in a country-house interior, this is a delightful example of British leathercraft with real personality.
