Antique Silver Decorated Canoe Pin Cushion

1900 - 1920
Description

There are a number of canoe pin cushions available in the market but I have never seen one decorated as this one is.

Created from solid sterling silver, this canoe pin cushion is topped with a paddle and rope. Both the canoe and the paddle are hallmarked for Birmingham 1908. The maker's mark is too rubbed to discern. The cushion looks to be original and is faded and fairly solid. The silver is in excellent condition.

Height: 3cm.
