An antique walnut open bookcase with a classical architectural form, featuring two wide adjustable shelves framed by fluted uprights and a moulded cornice. The frieze is decorated with finely carved reeded detailing and circular rosette roundels at the corners, while the shelf fronts are finished with a row of brass stud mounts. The interior shows warm walnut grain throughout.
