Lancastrian Jewellers has dated this Art Deco Blue Zircon Ring to the 1920s.
As a gemstone, Zircon is noted for its high refractive index and excellent fire. Zircon has a higher refractive index than sapphire, ruby, spinel or tanzanite. Zircon also has impressive fire, with a dispersion rating nearly as high as diamond!

This lovely Zircon solitaire remains in good condition. The band shows some minor thinning, and there is visible evidence of prior resizing. There are minor abrasions and surface wear to the Zircon, consistent with age.
