Description

A beautiful Norwegian antique solid silver baptism spoon (possibly designed to be used for a Christening / Baptism and given to the child afterwards). It is hallmarked for the Norwegian 830 standard mark, the makers mark of Marius Hammer of Bergen and the date 1887. It has been beautifully designed and is in super condition having no dings splits distortions or repairs. It measures approx. 4.25 inches (10.8cm) long by over 1.75 inches (4.7cm) wide and weighs 40 grams. A high quality unusual piece.
