A rare Victorian English solid sterling silver napkin ring. It is hallmarked for London 1893 with the maker being Wakely & Wheeler (James Wakely & Frank Clarke Wheeler). It has been beautifully made depicting various animals, a bird, snake, goat, rabbits. It is in super condition being free from dings splits and repairs, just a tiny cast fault below the hallmark, i.e a little bit missing. It measures approx. 2 inches (5.1cm) across by 1.5 inches (3.8cm) tall and weighs 38 grams. A rare example.
