This Opal and Diamond pendant necklace dazzles with a 0.85ct heart-shaped opal crowned by a sparkling bow of rose-cut diamonds, cascading into a chandelier tassel where luminous bezel-set opals and shimmering rose-cut diamonds dance together, totalling approx 1.43ct of Diamonds throughout, all beautifully set in 18ct white gold.
