Antique Cylinder Bookcase

Description

A superb mid Victorian Burr Walnut cylinder bookcase circa 1865. The wonderful fitted interior is fitted with a ratchet slope, dummy and real drawers. pigeon holes, turned finger pulls to extend the work surface , all set off with new tooled leathers.

The condition is excellent for its 160 years, suggesting a quiet life. All the locks have working keys. Nothing new about the home office, this just happens to be a very good one. Looks even better in the flesh. SKU-G121
