A French 18 karat (18K) yellow gold charm pendant depicting the Virgin Mary at prayer, with the phrase ‘N.D (Notre Dame) De Lourdes Priez P Nous (Pour Nous)’ (trans. Our Lady of Lourdes Pray for Us) around her.
 
The reverse depicts a pilgrim praying to the Madonna with the phrase ''Je Suis L''immaculee Conception''. Stamped with the eagle mark for 18 karat gold and French manufacture, along with an unknown maker''s mark.
