An 18 karat (18K) yellow gold pendant designed as a medal depicting the Virgin Mary with plique-a-jour enamel, a rose-cut diamond and surrounded by 46 natural seed pearls. Signed Sellier and engraved ‘VIRGO’. Stamped with the eagle’s head for French manufacture and 18 karat gold and an unknown maker’s mark.
 
Suspended from an 18 karat (18K) gold fancy link chain necklace interspaced with seven natural seed pearls. The necklace stamped with the eagle’s head for French manufacture and 18 karat gold.
