Antique Victorian Sterling Silver 'Heart' Photo Frame 1899

Description

This is a superb antique Victorian sterling silver photo frame measuring 7 1/2" (19 cms) tall x 5" (13 cms) with the heart shape opening measuring 4 1/4" (11 cms) x 3 1/2" (9 cms).

It's hallmarked for London 1899 with the silversmiths mark for William Comyns.

It has a lovely pierced cherub & floral decoration with lions either side of a blank cartouche at the top.

It has a dark blue velvet backing and stand which is faded and worn but still nice and strong and the whole item is in excellent condition and ready to use.

This frame will come in a gift box with a certificate of authenticity.
