18ct Gold Large Oval Cut Aquamarine and Diamond Pendant. The pendant is of beautiful quality. It is set with a beautifully faceted large oval cut aquamarine (7.00ct), set with a brilliant cut diamonds  (0.20ct). The pendant measures 20mm long (inc bale) x 11mm wide. The pendant weighs 1.8 gram. The pendant is in excellent condition.
