Catherines Antique Jewellery Box has dated this piece to the Victorian era.
The pearls are small 2mm wide and believed to be natural but hard to test due to its setting. The pendant drop is 4cm by 1.5cm and the necklace is 36cm long with an antique barrel clasp. Wonderfully pretty and delicate necklace which is very fine and suitable for either a child or a slim necked adult. The barrel clasp is hallmarked for 9ct, with no date letters but certainly dates to the late 19th century early 18th century. This is an antique piece of jewellery in exception and original condition. Total Weight 2.8g
