An exceptionally rare Victorian antique horn and silver snull mull. Made in Scotland around 1850. The tail of the mull is fashioned in the shape of an elephant with bone tusks and eyes. The top is set in silver and has a vacant cartouch. With the exception of a small stable crack in the horn the mull is in very good condition with no repairs. A beautifully carved piece that will always put a smile on your face. The hinge is good and the top fits tightly.
